Birch 11During 2003 the city of Milton and Pierce Conservation District replaced an undersized culvert at Birch Street on the West Hylebos. Following construction, Friends' crews and volunteers planted native trees and shrubs along the stream channel and in the wetlands to provide cover and forage for salmon and wetland wildlife.

Restoration:  Culver replacement, passage barrier fixed, native vegetationBirch 2 planting
